Below is a list of the associations that have sent us their 2010 sign-up dates. If you do not see your city/rec league dates on this list, please go to the ASSOCIATIONS page and contact the director of your league.

Ben Lomond sign up dates begin the first weekend in June and run every other weekend until August 2nd.

It’s another growing year along with growing pains!  We have gone from 11 teams to 17 teams in the past 2 years!  And we now have two operating fields on Saturdays. Hopefully everyone appreciates having more home games, less travel time, and less gas expense.

Of course, there are higher, hidden costs involving growing leagues that most are not aware of; 2 running fields–more cost in refs fees, higher liability league insurance, new coaching staff–background checks, badges, coach’s equipment, water bottles, jugs, footballs, cones,  etc.    Not to mention new equipment–helmets, shoulder pads, pants, hardware, storage, etc. We also have smaller team sizes than the max of 35 that is allowed.  We feel that smaller teams benefit players/coaches more, which results in more playing time for players, yet it costs the league thousands more dollars.

So, some of you ask, “why can’t all of our teams get new uniforms?”  With a registration fee of only $110,  no substantial sponsors, and the growth we are experiencing, it’s not feasible.  Now, if you want to donate funds to the league or purchase new uniforms or jerseys for your team, you may do so.  But it does not help the league if the new jerseys or uniforms are not cycled back into the system for next year’s players.  We are only back to square one for next year.   The league purchased new jerseys for 3 teams this year.  Eventually over the next few years, we hope to have all new jerseys.

We must fund raise this year and ask for donations.  If you own a business or know of someone that would like to donate to our league; have them donate to: Mountain Crest Youth Football and mail it to the league director-Raquel Fuller. 3259 S. 640 W. Nibley, UT 84321.  It would be greatly appreciated.  We are forming a type of committee to seek out sponsors.  If you would like to be on this committee, please email director.  raquel.fuller@hotmail.com

We are selling way cool Mustang Football DECALS! $6 each of 2 for $10.  Stick them on your vehicle windows, binders for school, etc.

Farm Bureau Insurance Quotes.  Fill out a quick and easy one page information sheet and Farm Bureau will give $10 per quote.  (NO OBLIGATION to switch insurance companies.) If  you already have Farm Bureau, please ask someone else to fill out paper that does not have Farm Bureau Insurance and it will help out our league. Need more forms?  Email uwnielsen@q.com.

Everyone needs to participate, get involved and do your part.  Players will be receiving fundraiser information beginning on Thursday, August 26th .   Our goal is for every player to sell 5 or more items. (ie: four or more decals and one or more insurance quote).  Assign a Team Mom to collect forms and money and turn in before or by  Wednesday, September 8th to Utonya Nielsen @881-3187.  The last apparel order is due Wednesday, September 1st to Utonya.

Anyone that works or has a relative that works for Walmart or Sam’s Club.  Please contact Danell Mortensen @ 512-9246.  Walmart is trying to make a donation to our league depending on how many people work there and how involved they are in football.

Mountain Crest High School Football Games. Mountain Crest Youth Football League wearing a game jersey may be admitted into Home Region Games for free if accompanied by a paying adult.
